I was lucky to be introduced to the Dharma almost 20 years ago. Over these years, I have had the good fortune of learning and practicing with many wonderful teachers and have been training with Eden Tull for several years now, weaving together relational mindfulness, Earth awareness and Buddhist practice.
An intersecting path of practice is my commitment to anti-racist activism and abolition. In the words of Fanny Lou Hamer, “Nobody’s free until everybody’s free.”
I have been managing silent meditation retreats for over ten years. It is my honor and my joy and an integral part of my practice. I hope to see you on the mountain soon!
