Cancellation & Refunds
We host a variety of retreats with other organizers and co-hosted. For retreats hosted by an organizer, please refer to your specific organizer for any cancellation policy they may offer, contacting them directly about cancellation policies for your group. For organizers, please reference your rental agreement for your group’s cancellation policy.
For retreats that we manage registration (for example, InsightLA meditation retreats and most retreats on our Retreat Calendar), please reference the below cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to cancel a retreat due to low enrollment or other circumstances that may compromise the event or safety of others. If we cancel a retreat, you will be offered a full refund. If an event has to be postponed for any reason, you will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer your registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Standard Cancellation Fee Schedule:
- more than 8 weeks before retreat start $100 fee
- 4-8 weeks $175 fee
- 2-4 weeks $300 fee
- less than 2 weeks before retreat start No Refunds
Scholarships and Financial Support Cancellation Fee Schedule:
- more than 8 weeks before retreat start $75 fee
- 4-8 weeks $150 fee
- less than 4 weeks No Refunds
Dana-based In Person Retreat Cancellation Fee Schedule:
- more than 4 weeks before retreat start 20% fee (of registration)
- less than 4 weeks No Refunds
Online Retreat Cancellation Fee Schedule:
- more than 48 hours before retreat start 20% fee (of registration)
- after 48 hours before retreat start No Refunds
Monthlong Retreat Cancellation Fee Schedule:
- Registration deposits are nonrefundable
- before final balance payment due date: 20% fee of the balance due
- after final balance due date: No Refunds
