The combination of working in the mountains and supporting people on their mindfulness journey is a dream come true. My personal meditation practice of 25 years was accelerated and deepened tremendously when I started attending meditation retreats. It’s a joy to be part of the container that holds space for others’ inner work.
In addition to working as a retreat manager, I am a meditation teacher and Trained Mindfulness Facilitator from the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center. I work with parent mindfulness groups, mindful pregnancy, family retreats, workplace mindfulness, and one on one sessions.
I love to be surrounded by people who bring out the best in me, and Big Bear Retreat Center is definitely one of those places.
