I discovered Theravada Buddhism in 2016, and it has since guided my life, grounding me in peace and mindfulness. Through meditation, I integrate its teachings into my daily interactions and choices. I also enjoy the mental challenge of jigsaw puzzles, the harmony of yoga, and the energy of my lively cats. Time with family is deeply meaningful, and Iām grateful for their support. My spiritual practice, hobbies, family ā including my feline companions ā bring balance and purpose to my life. Living on the land at BBRC adds to the joy that fills my days.
