Finding Peace in the Midst of Global Polycrisis
Embodying a Calm Mind & Relaxed Body
Voluntary contribution-based pricing, pay at any amount
We ask that everyone attend the entire retreat. Please register by September 8th.
A retreat designed to explore mindfulness and bring it into our daily lives.
Community leaders, change-makers, and those on the frontlines of suffering often give so much that their own well-being is overlooked—leading to exhaustion and burnout. This retreat offers a chance to pause, restore, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Through mindfulness meditation and the healing power of nature, we’ll explore practices that foster inner calm, resilience, and renewal in the face of ongoing global challenges. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to nourish the body, heart, and mind, so we can return to our lives and work with greater clarity, compassion, and sustainability, while caring for ourselves, the Earth, and all beings.
