Meditation retreats have been a transformative part of my journey as a teacher and participant. Over the past 16 years, I’ve taught retreats, owned a meditation studio in downtown Pomona, CA, and trained mindfulness facilitators at UCLA Mindful. Now, as part of the Big Bear Retreat Center team, I’m honored to help others experience the deep value that retreats offer—spaces for renewal, insight, and connection.
In addition to my retreat work, I serve as a Yoga Alliance continuing education provider and facilitate support groups. I bring my experience as a former ordained Zen Buddhist monk to all aspects of my teaching. Mindfulness is more than a practice for me; it’s a lifelong path of growth and community.
