I was fortunate to be introduced to the Sangha at the age of 15, and since then, the Dharma has been a guiding light in my life. Being surrounded by family deeply rooted in practice has continuously taught me invaluable lessons in compassion, presence, and resilience, wisdom I carry into my daily life.

I feel most at home in nature. The Earth grounds me, restores me, and brings a sense of clarity and joy that feels like medicine for the soul.

My life has been shaped by moments of serendipity. I trust that when we attune ourselves to the rhythms of the universe, life unfolds in beautiful and often unexpected ways. That belief fuels my love for practice and the teachings that help me grow, both inwardly and in community.

I’m grateful for every opportunity to walk this path and to keep learning from the world, the Dharma, and our beautifully human experiences.
