At the age of five, I was asked what I would do when I grew up. “I will go into the woods,” I replied solemnly. Now in my forties — and, indeed, in the woods — I recognize that up is only one of the infinite directions in which one may grow.
I have practiced, studied, and shared Yoga for over twenty years, and have been immersed in literary, musical and performing arts for nearly thirty years.
I cherish my fur children Sophie (meow), Nandi (meow), Loki (arf), Gracie (arf), and Sahasi (meow). They all love romping among the big trees and are my furry teachers. When not working in Operations at BBRC, I enjoy trail and ultra running, rock climbing, backcountry adventures, and training for those activities.
