I’ve been practicing mindfulness meditation for more than 15 years and have experienced how grounding and transformative this practice can be. I was introduced to mindfulness meditation through an 8-week MBSR course at UCSD while working in the high-stress video game industry. Mindfulness helped me manage the pressure of that environment and eventually led me to pursue work that felt more meaningful.
I’ve attended multiple retreats at Big Bear Retreat Center, and it’s an honor to support the center and the people who come here to deepen their practice.
I spend my time between Big Bear and San Diego with my partner and our sweet dog, Tailor. I have a curious spirit and love being outdoors—whether it’s running local trails, watching the ocean, or finding unexpected moments of beauty in everyday life.
