From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a “helper”- the “how” came to form over time, eventually taking the shape of “chef”. My love for culinary arts is based on three core aspects- the way food allows you to show care for others, nurture & improve health, and brighten experiences. A proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, I was the sole applicant hired from my senior year class to join a prestigious five-star, five-diamond hotel in Boston, laying the groundwork for a colorful career filled with esteemed opportunities. Originally from sunny San Diego, California, I bring a unique perspective to an industry where minority women are often underrepresented in high-level roles.
I am passionate about fostering kindness and thoughtfulness in the world, embodying a personal philosophy of “seeking discomfort” to achieve growth and meaningful experiences. With over eight years of culinary experience, including bespoke private chef work for UHNW principals and celebrities, I am excited to bring the same high quality meals to every individual that comes to BBRC- I cannot wait to cook for you!
