I’ve spent years working in the fashion, entertainment and film industries.  In those industries I was surrounded by passionate people that sadly experienced burnout and overwhelm, quite frequently. I was drawn to an energetic shift of environment and that led me to BBRC. 

Working here has allowed me to witness and participate in respite, healing and mindfulness in a way that I’ve never experienced before. In my personal life, building community is one of my greatest joys and I love having a hand in bringing folks into this space to do the same.
