Avocado Crema

This light, citrusy variation on guacamole is the star of the condiments lineup for our taco and enchilada meals.

1 avocado, halved

Salt to taste

1 bunch cilantro

1 teaspoon honey

1 clove garlic

juice from ½  lime

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust, adding more salt, lime, or honey as needed.
